Adija Musa is an Associate with Legacy Partners. Adija has been an innovative and exemplary leader for over 20 years with both non-profit and private healthcare organizations. Adija started out as a registered dietitian and quickly moved into leadership positions. She worked for several years as a senior healthcare executive, including directorship roles. Throughout this period, she has been recruiting, managing, mentoring, and retaining healthcare professionals. During the unnerving early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Adija was successful in recruiting top tier healthcare professionals to create one of the first InterProfessional Care Teams in Ontario. The high rate of staff retention for this and other assignments is a testament to Adija's proven skills and track record.

Adija was Chairman of an association of community health partners which coordinated strategies, policies and activities for reducing health inequity. She regularly shares her notable experiences as a speaker at professional conferences of the Association Family Health Team Ontario (AFHTO) and Ontario Family Health Teams Network.

Adija is an alumna from the University of Manitoba with a BSc. (Zoology); MSc (Clinical Nutrition); and a dietetic internship from McMaster University. She currently teaches health and leadership courses to the next generation of health practitioners, while also mentoring high school girls through the GEM-E-Mentorship programs.
