Eloise has received her Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary.

Since completing her graduate studies, Eloise has worked as an internal human resources service provider as well as an external consultant providing expertise specializing in organizational development initiatives, such as:

  • Strategic change management
  • Recruitment, selection and retention (from front-line to senior management)
  • Person-organization fit assessment
  • Organizational climate assessment and development
  • Employee, leader, and team training and personal development

She has also conducted primary and secondary research in the areas of: work teams; strategic change; performance management; design and use of focus groups; personality psychology; organizational culture; retention management; and leadership development.

Eloise is a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, Human Resources Institute of Alberta and the Calgary Industrial and Organizational Psychology Group.
