Position / Responsibilities / Requirements | The Chief People & Culture Officer (CPO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing and integrating the company’s Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Policy and Facilities and Administrative teams. The CPO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing corporate strategies, ensuring that the organizational infrastructure supports the company’s strategic objectives, and promoting a high-performance culture. The CPO will be focused on the creation of vision and strategic leadership for multiple corporate functions. The Chief People & Culture Officer will also determine the in-year tactical plan, and both the short-term and long-term strategy for Lumenus People, and Policies, assess what is currently in place, and develop the business plan to address the identified gaps securing the necessary resources to meet the strategic initiatives in the Strategic Plan and the Annual Business Plan. |

Position Profile |
The ideal candidate will bring a track record of progressive leadership experience related to corporate functions within a medium to large organization and have a minimum of fifteen years’ experience in corporate services, including significant experience in HR, DEI, Facilities management and Policy development and hold a graduate degree in business or public administration or the equivalent in experience. Experience in a not-for-profit environment and experience working with government bodies and government-funded programs will be a strong plus. As a visionary and inspirational leader with excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proficient team building skills, the Chief People & Culture Officer will have exceptional emotional intelligence, a proven track record of leading large and diverse teams, and a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in corporate services functions. |
