Position / Responsibilities |
Dalton Company Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex ICI projects from project pursuit to project closeout. Reporting to the Executive Team, the Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple institutional, commercial and industrial construction projects in the GTA. They will be responsible for overall project performance, including costs, scheduling, quality control, and communication status. They will ensure projects align with client priorities and organizational objectives while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. |

Candidate Requirements |
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in a Project Management role and a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related engineering/construction management discipline. A P.Eng and/or LEED certification or PMP or other relevant project management certification is an asset. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex and challenging construction projects from $10M to $50M, preferably within the industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors. Proficient knowledge in interpreting and reviewing project drawings, specifications, permits, and blueprints is also required as is thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and the Ontario Health and Safety Act. Strong proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite is required and experience with Procore or other construction management software is an asset. Knowledge of Revit software is preferred but not required. |
