The City of London is seeking one dynamic Senior Planner who will take the City into the future through skilled planning, leadership and teamwork. Under the guidance of a designated Manager, the Senior Planner role involves processing applications in accordance with the Planning Act and Condominium Act, along with relevant laws. It also entails managing major planning studies and research projects, handling data collection and analysis, offering planning advice to groups and individuals, participating in hearings as a witness, representing the Planning and Development Service Areas, and overseeing public and agency consultation processes, including directing the efforts of service area staff, other City personnel, and consultants.

In addition, The City is seeking two Planners who will, under the supervision of a designated Manager, will be involved in conducting planning studies and research projects, processing various planning and program applications, collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data, offering guidance to individuals and organized groups on planning issues, presenting evidence at hearings, representing the Planning and Economic Development Service Area before Committees and Advisory Committees, organizing and executing public and agency consultation processes, and providing counsel and direction to fellow employees engaged in similar tasks.
